About Presaling
Presaling LLC is a Colorado limited liability company building software for residential and commercial real-estate transactions. Our customers are licensed listing agents, sellers and property investors in the United States. They pay us a subscription to market their listings, talk to buyers, and carry a deal from first enquiry to a signed contract in one place.
What we do
- Deal rooms for property listingsEvery listing gets its own phone number. A buyer calls the number on the sign and is texted a link to that listing's private deal room — photos, documents and disclosures in one place — where they can ask questions or reach the listing agent directly.
- A workspace for listing agents and investorsAgents and investors run their listings from one place: underwrite a deal from its offering memorandum, keep every buyer conversation in a single thread, and follow up without leaving the property.
- A business phone line for each accountAn account holder can add a Presaling phone number for their own business, with calling, texting, voicemail transcription and the carrier registration that goes with it. If they choose, Presaling alerts them by text when a call is missed, a voicemail is left, or a text arrives on their line.
- Document preparation and e-signaturePurchase agreements, disclosures and addenda are drafted from the deal's own facts and signed in the browser by everyone on the transaction.
